Sebastian’s apartment was built in 2015, featuring an open-plan living space and a large bathroom, designed by Sebastian himself using the Lamina POP system.
The adaptability to the Lamina POP system meant that the apartment could be built to incorporate a large existing wall and to be constructed on top of a garage structure. Some of the interior walls have been covered with plasterboard, whilst on others, the Lamina POP walls are left exposed.  Sebastian’s Apartment is a perfect example of how a stylish living space can be created on a modest budget using the Lamina POP System.
