The Groundskeeper’s house was one of the earlier Lamian POP constructions, built-in 2005. The property is a basic open plan apartment, situated on the grounds of an artisanal paper factory. 

The building was the first Lamina POP project to have a gable roof. Other interesting features of this construction includes the use of recycled laminas creating a triangular feature on the back wall.
